SD Plantation Mengumumkan Hasrat Untuk Penjenamaan Semula Korporat

Sime Darby Plantation Berhad (SD Plantation atau Syarikat) telah mengumumkan hasrat untuk menukar nama jenama Syarikat tersebut kepada SD Guthrie Berhad. Keputusan strategik tersebut diumumkan kepada Bursa Malaysia pada hari ini, bagi memaklumkan hasrat Syarikat berkenaan untuk mendapatkan kelulusan jenama baru tersebut daripada pemegang saham melalui satu mesyuarat agung luar biasa (EGM). Notis EGM akan dikeluarkan dalam masa terdekat.

SD Plantation Announces Intention for Name Change

Sime Darby Plantation Berhad (SD Plantation or the Company) has announced its intention to change its brand name to SD Guthrie Berhad. This strategic decision was announced to Bursa Malaysia earlier today, notifying the public of the company’s intention to seek shareholder approval for the new brand at an extraordinary general meeting (EGM). The notice of EGM will be issued in due course.
