The Edge Malaysia ESG Awards 2026 - Best Performing Company by Sector (Plantation)
SD Guthrie received the Best Performing Company by Sector (Plantation) award at the The Edge Malaysia ESG Awards 2026, in recognition of its strong sustainability performance and continued progress under its Beyond Zero framework.
The company achieved 98.8% Traceability to Mill, 97.1% Traceability to Plantation, with 89% of palm-based raw materials sourced from deforestation-free origins, while advancing renewable energy adoption and responsible sourcing initiatives.
The award recognises Malaysia’s leading listed companies for excellence in environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance, based on the globally recognised FTSE4Good ESG ratings methodology.
