Suhailah Mohamed Abdulla

Suhailah Mohamed Abdulla, 53, Female, Malaysian, was appointed as the Chief Integrity & Assurance Officer of SD Guthrie Berhad (Guthrie) on 1 March 2021 and oversees Guthrie’s integrity & governance, and internal audit functions.

A seasoned audit, risk, and governance professional, Suhailah has worked closely with Boards and senior management teams across a broad portfolio of organisations on operational strategies, policies, internal control systems as well as risk management and govenance frameworks. Prior to joining Guthrie in 2018, she held senior roles at KPMG, Astro, F&N Holdings Berhad, and Themed Attractions Resorts & Hotels Berhad, bringing with her extensive experience across diverse industries.

Suhailah is the President of Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia and is a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner, a Certified Integrity Officer, a Certified Internal Auditor and holds a Certification in Control Self-Assessment. She graduated from the University of Lancaster, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons).
