Nik Maziah Nik Mustapha

Nik Maziah Nik Mustapha, 51, Female, Malaysian, is the Chief Executive Officer, Upstream Papua New Guinea and Solomon Islands (PNG & SI). She has close to 30 years of professional experience across audit, financial services, aviation, property and plantation industries, including 15 years in governance, risk and assurance leadership, as well as business transformation and large-scale plantation operations.

She joined the Group in 2006 as Internal Audit Manager and subsequently undertook various leadership roles spanning governance, business transformation and plantation management. Her previous appointments include Chief Integrity & Assurance Officer, Head of Transformation for Upstream PNG & SI, General Manager of Poliamba Limited, Regional CEO for Upstream Malaysia - Northern Region, and Chief Operating Officer for Upstream PNG & SI prior to her current appointment.

In her leadership roles, Nik Maziah has contributed to strengthening plantation productivity, operational discipline and organisational accountability across geographically dispersed operations. She has also supported the advancement of performance management practices and operational transformation initiatives in both Malaysia and PNG & SI.

Nik Maziah holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia. She is a Chartered Accountant registered with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a member of the Incorporated Society of Planters. She also completed the Advanced Management Program at IMD Business School, Lausanne.
