Melissa Lokman

Melissa Lokman is the Chief Group Strategy Officer of SD Guthrie. She is responsible for shaping the Group’s strategic direction and supporting the leadership team in delivering sustainable long-term growth.

She works closely with the Group Managing Director and senior management to advance the Group’s strategic priorities, including the development of new growth verticals in Industrial Park Development and Solar opportunities. Her portfolio includes strategic planning, business development, strategic partnerships, and performance management, ensuring strong alignment between strategy and execution across the Group.

Melissa brings over two decades of experience across strategy, advisory, and corporate leadership roles. She began her career with Credit Suisse, London, before joining The Boston Consulting Group, and subsequently held senior roles in a public-listed Oil and Gas Engineering and Construction company. She holds an MA/BA (Hons) in Engineering from the University of Cambridge.
